Dates:  August 7- November 8   (12 Weeks)

Pool Locations: Santa Cruz High School

Athlete's age group is based on their birthday as of August 1st, 2024

​

Practice Schedule

12u and 14u Boys and Girls

Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday 

- 5:00pm - 6:45pm

- Dryland 5:00pm - 5:45pm 

- Pool 5:45pm - 6:45pm

There will be no practice on September 4th due to Labor Day as well as: 

- Wednesday August 23rd

- Friday September 1st

- Friday September 15th 

- Friday October 6th

 

During the Fall Season, we will incorporate dry land and a chalk talk for our athletes at the start of each practice. Athletes must bring goggles, running shoes, athletic clothing and a water bottle to practice daily.

Fall Session Fee: $895

The registration fee will cover all workouts, short sleeve team shirt, and local tournaments and games.

NorCal Aquatics provides a need-based financial aid program to help cover club dues and coaching fees.
