We are excited to announce that NorCal Aquatics alongside Caleb Conroy will be starting to run practice in Santa Cruz! 

We just received word from the Santa Cruz High School District that pool workouts can begin!

Practice Times and Date: 

Each group will practice four times per week during the Fall 2 Session. After athletes are registered, we will break up into cohorts, determined by their age and skill level. Once the practice groups are confirmed, there will be no changing groups during the session.

Practice groups and times will be posted on Saturday, October 10th. 

Due to our restricted practice space, we will be limiting the number of athletes that can enroll in our Fall 2 Session. Registration will be based on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once we reach capacity, athletes will be placed on a waiting list. 

Practice Schedule:

Water Polo Practice Schedule: 

Tuesday: 6:00 pm - 7:05 pm or 7:35 pm - 8:45 pm

Thursday: 6:00 pm - 7:05 pm or 7:35 pm - 8:45 pm

Saturday: 9:00 am - 10:30 am or 11:00 am - 12:30 pm

Practice times will depend on which cohort your athlete is placed in. 

Strength and Conditioning:

We will offer one strength and conditioning workout per week. Through our strength and conditioning program, it is our goal to improve our athlete's performance, prevent injury, increase muscle mass and metabolism, as well as, teach proper technique.

Wednesday: 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm or 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm at Santa Cruz High near the baseball field.  

To register for our 2020 Fall 2 Season:  Registration is currently at capacity.

Fall Session Fee: $595

The registration fee will cover all workouts, a NorCal team suit and NorCal team shirt. 

There will be no practice November 22nd - 29th due to Thanksgiving Break.

All athletes must also be registered with USA Water Polo and have completed the COIVD-19 Waiver to be able to participate.
