Athlete's age group is based on their birthday as of August 1st, 2025

Fall Practice Schedule:

August 12 - November 10

10u and 12u Boys and Girls

Monday - 5:00 pm - 6:45 pm at Santa Cruz High 

Wednesday - 5:00 pm - 6:45 pm at Santa Cruz High 

Friday - 5:00 pm - 6:45 pm at Santa Cruz High 

Sunday - 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at Santa Cruz High

14u Boys and 14u Girls

Monday - 5:00 pm - 6:45 pm at Santa Cruz High 

Wednesday - 5:00 pm - 6:45 pm at Santa Cruz High 

Friday - 5:00 pm - 6:45 pm at Santa Cruz High 

Sunday - 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at Santa Cruz High

There will be no Sunday training on competition days. 

​

No Practice Dates: September 1 - 2

​

Dryland - We will incorporate dryland training into each day. Please make sure your athletes wear athletic clothing and running shoes and bring a water bottle to each practice. 

​

Sunday, September 8 - Bay Area Water Polo League

Sunday, September 29 - Bay Area Water Polo League

Sunday, October 20 - Bay Area Water Polo League

Sunday, November 10 - Pacific Zone Championship - Select Athletes

Fall Session Fee: $995

The registration fee will cover all workouts, short-sleeved team shirts, and local tournaments and games.

NorCal Aquatics provides a need-based financial aid program to help cover club dues and coaching fees.
