Athlete's age group is based on their birthday as of August 1st, 2024

Summer Practice Schedule:

May 6 - June 7

10 and under Boys and Girls 

Monday - 6:15 pm - 7:15 pm at Los Altos

Wednesday - 6:15 pm - 7:15 pm at Los Altos

Friday - 6:15 pm - 7:15 pm at Los Altos

June 10 - July 18

10 and under Boys and Girls 

Monday - 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm at Los Altos

Tuesday - Swim/Water Polo Conditioning - 10:00 am - 11:30 am at Los Altos

Wednesday - 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm at Los Altos

Thursday - Swim/Water Polo Conditioning - 10:00 am - 11:30 am at Los Altos

Friday - 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm at Los Altos

Swimming and Water Polo Conditioning: We are glad to announce that our conditioning program will continue during the summer session. Our swim conditioning practices will include a focus on swim technique, leg strength and water polo conditioning. We highly encourage all young athletes to participate.

​

No Practice Dates:

There will be no practice on May 27 and from July 4  to July 7.

Summer Session Fee: $995

The registration fee will cover all workouts, short-sleeved team shirts, and local tournaments and games.

NorCal Aquatics provides a need-based financial aid program to help cover club dues and coaching fees.
